Portable
Sleek, lightweight, and practical, the TEMO·1000 makes powering your boat simpler than ever. Weighing just 35 lbs in total—including its 13 lb removable battery—this electric outboard is a breeze to carry, install, and stow. Its streamlined shape and built-in handle let you take it anywhere with ease, whether you’re heading out on your tender or your sailboat.
For added convenience, opt for the dedicated carry bag and travel confidently on every adventure.
Powerful
TEMO·1000 is powered by a robust 1100W motor. With its specially designed high-thrust propeller and optimized efficiency, it delivers over 60 lbs of static thrust—the equivalent of a conventional 3HP outboard—easily propelling up to a six-person tender or a 26-foot sailboat.
Retractable handle
TEMO·1000 raises the bar with its retractable, twist-grip control handle—ideal for any setup:
• Retracted Handle: Lock the motor’s direction, set your speed, and slide the handle in to free up space. Perfect for sailboats that already have a tiller.
• Extended Handle: Propel and steer directly from the motor—an easy, all-in-one solution for powering a tender or other small craft.
Quick installation
Thanks to its discreet 360° rotating bracket, TEMO·1000 can be installed safely inboard of the transom in seconds. The versatile mounting system allows you to raise the motor for shoal-draft use, and also pivots a full circle so you can tuck it safely inside the boat when not in use.
A built-in sliding rail lets you adjust the shaft length right on the motor, meaning you never have to choose between a short or long shaft model. TEMO·1000 adapts seamlessly to virtually any transom configuration.
Long-Range
With TEMO·1000, you can cruise for up to four hours on a full charge—or run at full throttle for about an hour. Its removable battery system and waterproof, cable-free connection make swapping in a spare battery quick and seamless for extra range if needed.
Made in France
In addition to its eco-friendly design—no direct emissions—the TEMO·1000 is proudly made in France, drawing on the expertise of top local partners. Like our TEMO·450, it’s developed with a steadfast commitment to environmental responsibility and quality.
Sleek position
Thanks to its sleek design and revolutionary rotating bracket, the TEMO·1000 can stay parallel to your boat’s transom without affecting performance or navigation. This unique “sleek position” frees up cabin or deck space, saving you time and effort whenever you’re underway.

Some questions?
Yes, TEMO·1000 is a fully waterproof (IP67) marine outboard designed to withstand the saltwater environment.
The TEMO·1000 easily replaces conventional small petrol outboards.
As powerful as a 3 HP regular engine, it is lighter, cleaner, quieter and more comfortable. With a static thrust of 27 kg, TEMO·1000 will propel tenders carrying up to 6 people, rowing boats, dinghies and sailboats up to 8 meters or 1 tonne without any problems.
The motor can be fitted to any type of transom.
Another key point: TEMO·1000 is equipped with a retractable tiller.
When retracted: the motor can be used as a propulsion system only, saving space on a sailboat for example.
Extended: this will allow the motor to play its full role as a rudder, steering from left to right to direct the boat.
The battery supplied with your TEMO·1000 gives you 50 minutes' range at full power.
You need more range? No problem, the battery can easily be replaced in a matter of seconds thanks to its quick-connect system.
You can also buy several batteries for your motor, so you can swap them over to give extra range. To buy an additional battery, head over to our accessories page.

The TEMO·1000 outboard comes with a universal engine mount that will fit any transom.
You can
adjust the height of the shaft
to suit, thanks to the attachment point on the motor.
You can also
adjust the trim
and adapt the angle of your motor using the mounting point on the transom.
This is all easily adjusted this using a 5mm Allen key.
To get the most out of your TEMO·1000 motor, we strongly recommend that you rinse it with clean, fresh water after use.
We recommend that you rinse your motor and battery thoroughly before storing them for the winter.
The TEMO·1000 battery is equipped with a winter storage mode to limit its discharge during prolonged storage in a dry and mild environment.
To activate this mode, the procedure is straightforward:
1 · Check that your charge level of your battery is below 50% by pressing the ON/OFF button on the battery for 2 seconds (two green LEDs or less will light up on the battery level indicator).
2 · Next, plug the charger into the rear connector on the battery, then connect the plug to the mains power.
3 · Then simply hold down the ON/OFF button on the battery for 5 seconds.
When winter mode is activated, the first LED will flash alternately red and green. The battery LEDs light up as the battery recharges.
When the charge reaches 50%, the wintering mode is activated and the battery goes into standby (all the LEDs go out).
4 · You can then disconnect the charger after the battery has gone into standby mode by first unplugging from the mains.
If you reconnect the battery or insert it in the motor, the winter mode is automatically deactivated.
