How do I winterize the TEMO·1000 battery?
To activate this mode, the procedure is simple:
1 · Check that your battery's charge level is below 50% by pressing the ON/OFF button on the battery for 2 seconds (2 green LEDs on the battery maximum).
2 · Plug the charger into the battery's rear connector, then connect the plug to the mains.
3 · Then simply hold down the battery ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. When wintering mode is activated, the first LED flashes, alternating between red and green.
4 · Wintering mode starts and the battery goes into standby when the charge reaches 50% (all LEDs go out).
5 · You can then disconnect the charger after the battery has gone into standby mode, by first removing the wall plug.
6 · The wintering mode is automatically deactivated when the battery is reconnected or inserted in the motor.
